Feedback to Reflection 1: Student – Alex Mathews

Star:

You have made a compelling case about the benefits of technology on students learning whilst counterbalancing that argument with identifying the negative aspects, Further refencing would be beneficial to support and strengthen your writing.

Star:

The flipped classroom learning style was an excellent inclusion and well referenced. In alignment to the Gibb’s reflective model, you could strengthen this stance by including elements of personal experience with flipped classrooms to add depth of experience to your writing.

Wish:

It would be beneficial to add a title to your reflection in response to which driving question you are responding to, making it explicit to readers what the topic is. You have written your reflection well and there is evidence of engagement with the Gibb’s reflective model, further referencing to support your writing would enhance the quality of your written reflection.

Feedback to Reflection 2 – Student – Jack Macpherson

Star:

You have provided a well-balanced analysis of the topic, highlighting both the positives and negative uses of AI whilst making your viewpoint of the use of AI very clear. The inclusion of literature to support your analysis was contextually accurate and further referencing could further enhance the reflection.

Star:

You have supported your writing with connection to personal experience demonstrating your engagement with the reflective model assigned to this task. You may consider alternate vocabulary for supporting your positioning instead of the repetitive use of 'I believe' which will strengthen your writing.

Wish:

Please consider that the person reading your critical reflection has no idea about the previous learning, so beginning your blog with 'Another' implies that the reader is supposed to know what came before, I would recommend reviewing grammar, punctuation and adding additional references. Overall, it was well written reflection which with minor modifications can be enhanced.
